Shipping

Dispatch times

Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days of being purchased.

UK orders

Orders up to 2kg are shipped by Royal mail using 1st Class Recorded for orders under £50 and Special Delivery for orders over £50.  All orders within the UK typically take 1-2 working days from dispatch to arrive.

UK Orders over 2kg will be shipped with UPS.

Free shipping with orders over £200

International orders

International orders are dispatched with UPS. All packages are insured and tracked. The majority of international orders will arrive within one week.

Tax, Customs and duty charges may be payable for some international orders, these are the buyers responsibility and out of our control. Please check with your local authority to find out what additional charges may occur.

Returns & Exchanges

In regular circumstances we do not accept returns or exchanges. However; there are some cases where we may consider accepting returns or exchanges for example, if an item is not as described. In such circumstances you should contact us at the theinformationsanctuary@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase providing us with an image of the item received and an explanation as to why you believe it was not as described. We'll get back to you within 5days with an appropriate solution.

If a return or exchange is agreed upon, please ensure when you send the item back to us within 14 days. The package item is insured and that you retain proof of postage. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Your exchanged item/refund will be sent within 5 days of receipt provided the item is received in its original condition. We cannot refund or exchange items that do not reach us safely.  It is why it is important that you package the item correctly and return it with a tracked and insured service.  Retain proof of postage should you need to open a claim with the shipping provider used.

Damaged, Delayed & Lost Items

Damaged items

If an item has been damaged on its way to you then please contact us at theinformationsanctuary@gmail.com and provide photographs of the external packaging if the parcel is visibly damaged from the outside and clear, in focus images of damage to the products. We will get back to you within 5 days to request more information if needed or with an appropriate solution.

Delayed and lost items

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us at theinformationsanctuary@gmail.com.  All our parcels are tracked and insured for your protection.  If your parcel has been lost then we will endeavour to find you a suitable replacement of the items. If there are no suitable replacements available you will be refunded for the value of the items. We are not able to refund postage costs for lost items.
